District Awards for Teacher Excellence (D.A.T.E.), Cycle 1, Year 2

Brownwood ISD received a D.A.T.E. grant for the amount of $249,380.00 for the purpose of providing funding to support district-wide goals.  The goals of the program are to provide financial awards to effective educators and to increase academic achievement on participating campuses.  The Education Improvement Council identified the District’s need to focus on core academic achievement and the overall academic achievement of our students.  Campuses participating in the D.A.T.E. grant are:  Brownwood High School; Brownwood Middle School; Brownwood Intermediate; Coggin Elementary; East Elementary.
