Welcome to Northwest Physical Education!
In P.E., we are learning the importance of adopting and maintaining a physically active lifestyle through a variety of different activities. A well mind, body, and spirit are best achieved through exercise practiced on a normal basis. Besides learning and participating in physical fitness activities, students are also building and strengthening necessary social development skills and are learning about general health concepts.
